PMP01 Define your project requirements

PMP01 Define your project requirements

The success of any project starts with a clear definition of project requirements. Understanding your client’s needs and expectations are critical to completing a successful project. Once you agree on the project outcome, you can begin to detail what deliverables to produce and how to produce them.

This is best documented as a Project Charter and shared with all project stakeholders.

On completion of this Skillspak, you will be able to:

  • Interpret a project brief
  • Write a project charter
  • Identify stakeholders and their impact on the project
