The Skillspak website, www.skillspak.com ("the website"), is owned and maintained by Facility Management Training Partners Pty ltd, based in Victoria, Australia.

By accessing and using the website, you, the purchaser, agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Before proceeding to use our services, you should read these Terms of Use carefully. If you find yourself unable to agree to them, then you must not use our website. If, however, you agree to them unconditionally you will be given the opportunity to click the "I accept" checkbox during the purchasing process, and you will then be able to use our website to which these Terms of Use apply.  For the avoidance of doubt, where relevant, these Terms of Use apply to all visitors to the website.

The website has been established to offer on-line training and development products for sale.  These products have been developed by and are offered for sale by third party authors.

Delivery

Each Skillspak is delivered via a unique link.  To access the Skillspak, the purchaser must click on the link.

Skillspaks are deemed to be delivered on receipt, by the purchaser, of the automatically generated e-mail providing the link required to access the purchased item(s).  This link remains valid for a period of two weeks from date of first use.  After this period, the item, if still required, must be re-purchased.

Advertisements are deemed to be delivered immediately on the advertisement(s) being uploaded to the required location(s).

Prices

The cost of individual Skillspaks is advertised as AUD95.70 in the relevant Skillspak description and in the Shopping Basket.

Quotes for advertising will be provided on application.

The quoted price is the total price payable.  For all purchases made in Australia, this includes GST at the rate prevailing at date of purchase.

Facility Management Training Partners Pty ltd reserves the right to adjust prices at any time by giving one calendar month’s notice.

Payment

Payment for Skillspak purchases will be deducted from your nominated credit card on confirmation of purchase at the shopping cart check out stage.

Payment for all services and products will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) by credit card through the Shopping Cart, with all major cards being accepted.  On receipt of payment by Facility Management Training Partners Pty Ltd, the purchaser will be issued with an electronic receipted invoice that complies with Australian Tax Office requirements.

An invoice will be raised for advertising fees and issued electronically to the supplier for payment.  All advertisement payments will be made in AUD by EFT transfer, for payments made in Australia, or by telegraphic transfer for international transactions.

Refunds

Skillspaks

Once a Skillspak has been delivered, there will be no refund.
Advertisements

Once payment has been made and received and the advertisement has been uploaded, there will be no refunds for advertising.

Facility Management Training Partners Pty ltd is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us.
